There are three main lessons/topics that will be covered - namely Sustainable vs. Non-sustainable Food, Additives Uses in Foods and finally creating a sustainable menu item for the Rockpool Restaurant.  There are a number of useful resources located on the "Resource" page of this web site.  The outline of each lesson/topic is found under the subpages of this page.  There are also instructions on using Skype technology and a survey page which will be handy at certain points during the unit.

To help Neil Perry create a successful restaurant he has enlisted your help to assist with a range of actvities relating to sustainable food.  Neil has asked that you enjoy the experience and he values your input and dedication to making Rockpool Bar & Grill a success in Perth.  The Rockpool staff look forward viewing your creations.  Good luck!
